Job Description

This roles is a part of a fast-growing industry leader in innovative, cloud-based Enterprise Collaboration solutions that change the way people work. Here, you will be working with the Learning & Enablement team of adoption experts and product specialists to ensure our global customers achieve the maximum possible value from their investment in the product.
Reporting into Learning & Enablement, this role will support the LMS (Learning Management System) Administration team to deliver a best-in-class learning experience for our users spanning the product's collaboration portfolio. You will be part of a team of professionals with the goal of seamlessly supporting the learning experiences for our customers along their journey with us.
What Youll Do
The Customer Support Admin supports the users of the Learning Management System (LMS) for Learning & Enablement.
Responsible for managing support requests including registration processes, user management, creating system reports, and providing end user support on technical aspects of the system.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Performs day-to-day functions within the LMS such as maintaining user database, assigning required learning modules, creating and uploading online modules, and maintaining system functions.
Performs system testing for changes/updates to the LMS.
Assists in troubleshooting LMS issues
Documents processes or contributes to user manuals
Provides end-user support on technical aspects of the LMS
Assists with special projects that may involve the analysis of the data within the LMS
Works closely with power users, trainers, and administrative staff on entering data, pulling reports, and performing other functions in the LMS
Performs other related duties as assigned
Contributes to special projects as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

Relevant experience in Information Technology, LMS management, instructional design, or a field related to the position.
Documented success in experience working with and administering an integrated LMS learning such as Docebo, Skilljar, Absorb, Canvas
Documented success in experience working with instructional design, curriculum design, adult learning principles and measurement strategies as part of a training or learning team.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

One year experience using remote training and video collaboration tools such as Webex
Knowledge of how eLearning solutions integrate with an LMS
Direct experience with administrative tasks on the Docebo platform is a strong plus
Intermediate working knowledge of learning content creation tools such as Articulate, Camtasia and other
Excellent organizational skills with a focus on details
A customer service mindset with a strong commitment to exemplary service to internal and external users
Able to analyze information and use deductive reasoning to create reports, check for errors, and make appropriate corrections
Communication skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take initiative and handle various tasks simultaneously
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Efficient in time management and able to function in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely-effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
