Recruitment coordination and onboarding for technical and lab staff
HRIS management and employee records maintenance
Benefits administration support and employee relations
Compliance with California labor laws and HR best practices
Policy development and employee handbook updates
Performance review process coordination
Workers' compensation and leave management
Office Operations:
Vendor management and office supply coordination
Facilities coordination and workspace management
Administrative support for executive team
Event planning and company culture initiatives
Budget tracking for office and HR expenses
General office operations and process improvement
A client of Insight Global's is looking to add a Human Resources and Office Coordinator to their team. This individual will provide support their growing organization on an hourly, part-time basis. Required Skills & Experience
1+ years in recruitment coordination or onboarding with technical staff
Experience working across internal and external vendors
2+ years in HRIS management and employee records maintenance
1+ years of experience working with workers' compensation and leave management
