Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join the Edge Network Services (ENS) division. This role will support the M360 Analytics project, which aims to enhance operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making, robust metrics development, and automation of key financial tracking systems.
As a member of the newly formed ENS Analytics team, you will play a critical role in designing scalable data solutions, building and automating data pipelines, and establishing governance for L1/L2/L3 metrics. Your work will directly support the optimization of Opex and Capex tracking, and empower ENS teams with actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
Develop and govern L1/L2/L3 operational metrics to monitor ENS performance.
Automate tracking systems for Opex and Capex to improve financial transparency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and operations to define data requirements and deliver insights.
Build interactive dashboards and self-service tools using platforms like Tableau or Metas internal tools.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all analytics outputs.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover trends and opportunities.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or internal equivalents).
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies (e.g., Hive, Presto, Spark).
Experience in infrastructure, network services, or operations analytics.
Knowledge of financial tracking systems and cost optimization strategies.
Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
