Job Description

The Associate Project Manager plays a key role in supporting active projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables remain aligned. This position works closely with project leadership to coordinate day-to-day activities and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities include organizing project timelines, tracking financials, maintaining documentation, and supporting communication between internal teams and external partners. The role also assists with risk identification, contract coordination, and preparation of project updates. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and comfort operating within a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
Key contributions include:
• Coordinating schedules, meetings, and project documentation
• Assisting with budget tracking and financial reporting
• Supporting stakeholder communication and issue resolution
• Helping ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and on track

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in project management or project coordination
• Background supporting technology or innovation-focused environments
○ Experience coordinating project schedules, budgets, and documentation
○ Proficiency with project management tools and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP or other project management certifications
