• Identifies unsafe site conditions
• Ensures subcontractor compliance with safety standards
• Creates site-specific safety plans and completes checklists
• Coordinates with EH&S Officer and uses incident reports and safety notices
Quality Management
• Develops and implements Quality Management Plans
• Conducts and documents QC inspections
• Leads first work inspections and punch list process
• Reviews submittals and ensures work conforms to contract documents
• Tracks and closes out deficiencies and non-compliance reports
Project Pursuits
• Assists pursuit teams and promotes strategic thinking
• Develops logistics plans and proposal schedules
• Attends client presentations
Look Ahead Scheduling
• Develops, manages, communicates, and monitors Look Ahead Schedules
Schedule Development
• Understands CPM, forward/backward pass, and float
• Establishes and tracks milestones
• Updates master schedule with changes and delays
• Understands and uses fragnets and scheduling software
Field Coordination
• Reviews constructability of contract documents
• Identifies and solves field issues; documents results
• Coordinates inspections, deliveries, equipment, and daily activities
• Manages site logistics and maintains housekeeping
Record Keeping
• Completes daily journals and maintains as-built drawings
• Documents weekly subcontractor/foreman meetings
• Reviews T&M tickets and maintains project files
Bid Package | Leveling | Buyout
• Reviews scopes of work for bid packages
• Collaborates with project managers during scope reviews
Subcontract Management
• Holds subcontractors accountable for performance
• Manages all CSI divisions and project components
• Partners with office staff to maintain relationships
• Capable of managing subcontracts of any size
Change Order Management
Partners with project manager to resolve subcontractor claims and disputes
PAY RATE: $50-60/h

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of superintendent/construction supervision work for a general contractor or construction firm
Oversight of 10M+ in project budgets
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documents
