Manage and track incoming studio bookings and unique requests, attending kickoff calls and driving documentation, follow-ups, and traction.
Maintain visibility into studio priorities, schedules, and shoot confirmations, providing real-time updates as needed.
Support e-commerce production by providing coverage, proxy status updates, or hands-on assistance when required.
Understand on-set crew roles and workflows, with the ability to assist with basic commands and production needs.
Anticipate recurring issues and proactively communicate risks and solutions to studio leadership.
Create, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational consistency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with freelance talent and agency partners.

Participate in weekly studio status meetings and provide operational updates.
Utilize technology platforms such as Airtable, Box, Tableau, Slack, and other studio tools to support production workflows.
