Insight Global is seeking a Studio Coordinator to join a top sports retail client headquartered out of Beaverton, Oregon. This position will be joining an innovative digital imaging studio in Los Angeles execution. This job involves supporting the Studio Manager with the daily operations of a photo studio, ensuring smooth coordination across various departments to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include maintaining and standardizing organizational processes, such as updating documents and inventory lists, managing studio and storage spaces, and handling deliveries. The role requires maintaining a high standard of aesthetics and functionality in the studio, coordinating catering and craft services, and ensuring all teams have the resources needed to complete their projects. They will interact regularly with freelance crews, facilities staff, and security personnel, as well as coordinate with outside vendors and service providers (such as catering and facility management). This role will support three distinct locations in the greater Los Angeles area and require weekly driving between locations. This role is 100% on-site Monday through Friday.

- 2-3 years experience in Photography, Film, Lighting, and Grip, of which 1-2 years include experience in a studio or production environment.
- Ability to operate a lift and drive a sprinter van
- Technical facility management in a photo studio
- Strong understanding of best facility operation practices.
- Thrive in a self-started, faced-paced and changing environment
- Flexible to adapt to last-minute additions and changes in direction.
- Creative problem solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple OS.
