Job Description
This role acts as the first dedicated Senior Sales Manager, Wholesale helping establish the foundation, structure, and scalable processes for the future wholesale organization.
Initially, this role will oversee a broad portfolio of strategic wholesale accounts including iHerb, Coupang, Thrive Market, Vitacost, and emerging partners while supporting future organizational scalability and account segmentation.
In partnership with the VP, Business Development & Strategy, this role will provide recommendations to support future wholesale growth initiatives, account ownership structures, operational improvements, and future Senior Sales Manager buildout across wholesale, club, mass retail, and international channels.
This role will also support future onboarding, training, account transitions, and knowledge transfer processes as additional Senior Sales Managers are added to support company growth.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic account management, category management, customer strategy, and operational execution experience with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Required Skills & Experience
● 5+ years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, business development, or retail sales management
● Supplements, CPG, ecommerce, or retail industry experience preferred (or similar industry experience is required - health, wellness, peptides, etc.)
● Strong relationship management, communication, and organizational skills
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
● Strong understanding of retailer onboarding, item setup, promotional execution, and wholesale operations
● Strong business ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
● Experience presenting new products, category insights, and business reviews to retail buyers strongly preferred
● Experience building budgets, pricing strategies, assortment plans, promotional calendars, and QBR presentations preferred
● Experience with category management, retailer-side business management, or strategic account management preferred
