Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Residuals Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the implementation of a large-scale enterprise residuals solution within the entertainment industry.
This role combines deep residuals domain expertise with strong business analysis and project coordination capabilities. The ideal candidate will understand the full lifecycle of residuals operations and serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring successful delivery and operational readiness.
Hour Pay: $46-$51

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in:
- Entertainment residuals processing and/or Residuals system implementations
Deep understanding of:
- Guild agreements and residuals calculations
- Payment processing and title lifecycle
Strong experience in:
- Business requirements gathering
- Enterprise system implementations
Exposure to:
- Payroll systems
- ERP/financial integrations
Proven ability to manage:
- QA/UAT cycles
- Production deployments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with enterprise residuals platforms and media finance systems
- Knowledge of GL integration and payroll accounting processes
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or similar
