Job Description

Insight Global’s client, an internationally recognized Teaching and Therapeutic Community, is seeking a Regional People Operations Business Partner to drive end‑to‑end People Ops across employee relations, recruiting, benefits, leave administration (LOA), workers’ compensation, safety programs, and staff development. You’ll set performance goals, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that move key HR operational metrics. Expect to assess the landscape quickly and deliver actionable improvements within 2–4 weeks.

You’ll partner closely with Business Operations, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Safety, and Regional Leadership while coaching a small team and building scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead core People Operations programs across employee relations, full‑cycle recruiting, benefits administration, leave management (LOA/ADA/FMLA), workers’ compensation, and regional safety initiatives — including delivering field training as needed.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high‑performing People Ops team (4–5 direct reports) by setting clear goals, coaching for growth, and driving consistent execution and service excellence.
• Design and implement scalable People Ops processes that optimize workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and translate business objectives into effective people strategies and operational solutions.
• Deliver fast operational wins by establishing clear priorities in the first 1–2 weeks, monitoring key metrics early, and implementing actionable improvements within 2–4 weeks.
• Use data to guide decision‑making and continuously improve turnover, time‑to‑hire, benefits utilization, LOA trends, workers’ compensation cases, safety incidents, and overall employee experience.
• Build and maintain strong cross‑functional partnerships with Business Operations, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Safety, and Regional Leaders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of People Ops initiatives.
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism, providing sound guidance to managers and leaders while fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and consistency.
