Job Description
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define campaign asset needs and ensure timely, on-budget delivery across all channels
Manage end-to-end production of marketing assets (video, digital, social, print, audio), tracking progress and coordinating with creative teams and external vendors
Serve as the main point of contact between requesters and creative teams, facilitating clear communication, aligning on timelines, and resolving issues quickly
Own project timelines and workflows, ensuring all deliverables stay on track and priorities are adjusted as needed
Oversee budgets and vendor relationships, including forecasting, tracking spend, managing contracts, and supporting onboarding and procurement processes

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong Project management experience in a video, print, motion graphics, digital and/or social media marketing agency or production company.
• Minimum 3-5 years in Film or TV Entertainment experience in a similar field
• Minimum 3 years working in video post-production, broadcast or digital.
• Bachelor’s Degree
