Job Description

An employer sitting in Los Angeles, CA is looking to hire a Hybrid Project Coordinator to support their HQ Renovation Project. This person will be heavily involved in supporting cross functional departments for meetings, invoices, project controls and overall project management support. He/She will be required to review invoices from different vendors and work hand in hand with the Architect and General Contractor that's overseeing the new facility. This PM will be partnering closely with the lead project manager overseeing the project assisting with cost, project status reporting and deliverables. He/She will be required to be in office Mon, Tues, and Wednesday in their office. This will be a year long contract on helping to execute on the renovation project. (This person will be paid between $45-60/hour depending on years of experience).

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator with applied Gas/Electric previous knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Experience assisting in project status reporting, project controls, cost estimation, and project financials QA/QC review
- Experience with supporting invoices and/or purchase requisitions
- Any related facilities, real estate or purchase services experience
- Effective communication skills with cross functional teams and departments with a go getter personality

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- PMP Certification
