Job Description
A higher education client is seeking a Program Manager to lead and implement key initiatives for their Healthcare Value Analytics and Solutions group. This role is responsible for overseeing a dynamic portfolio of 10–25 projects, driving both short- and long-term strategic planning, and ensuring alignment with the mission to enhance healthcare value and outcomes. The Program Manager will coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. Using advanced project management tools and methodologies, the role involves setting clear goals, monitoring progress, proactively addressing challenges, and optimizing resources to achieve measurable results. Success in this position requires a balance of strategic insight, operational efficiency, and strong attention to detail to ensure high-impact, sustainable outcomes across all department initiatives.
Pay Rate: $40-50/hr

• 1+ years of project/program management experience
• 5+ years of professional working experience
• Experience using a project management tool
• Healthcare or Research industry experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Master's degree
• Knowledge of insurance claims
• Knowledge of budgeting/finance in proposals
• PMP Certification
• Lean Six Sigma certification
Knowledge of EMR systems like Epic
