Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting the deployment of projects utilizing the services and features of the Microsoft 365 environment across the organization. This position will require specific in-depth expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Purview and ancillary Microsoft 365 applications, to advance data management and information security, improve digital working, control of data, facilitate collaboration, and enhance productivity. The role will help identify opportunities for further use of the Microsoft collaboration ecosystem within the organization, championing its use and evolution. The role will be a key contributor to a small and dynamic IT team responsible for all Cloud Services across the business, including licensing compliance. The postholder will initially be a member of a cross-divisional Microsoft 365 Project Team led by the Head of Information Technology. As a candidate, you should be able to recommend Microsoft 365 solutions that address common organizational IT challenges. You should understand how Microsoft 365 solutions:
• Improve productivity
• Facilitate collaboration
• Optimize communications
• Help secure data
• Identity and facilitate compliance
You should be familiar with Microsoft 365 licensing, deployment and migration assistance, and support options for an organization looking to maximize their investment in the cloud.

Required Skills & Experience
• The suitable candidate ideally would have a minimum of 3 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in a data-focused role.
• Professional or higher education qualifications in an IT-related subject or equivalent experience, including Microsoft certifications (required):
o MS-102
o MS-700
o MS-900
• Strong Knowledge of the following:
o SharePoint Online Modern Sites and Document Libraries
o Microsoft Teams
o OneDrive
o Microsoft 365 Groups
o M365 roles and permissions model
o PowerShell scripting to configure/support Office 365
o Power Platform - scripting/workflow
o Logic Apps
o Microsoft Purview
• Understanding of ITIL IT Service Management Framework and Change processes.
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage varied workloads against agreed deadlines.
• Excellent documentation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn to new skills and technologies quickly and apply them methodically.
