Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in processing loans, particularly in construction and Business Purpose Lending (BPL). This role will involve managing the loan process from application through to closing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and providing exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of related work experience in real estate, fix-and-flip, new construction, rental loans, and/or portfolio term loans preferred.
Familiarity with business purpose and/or construction loan underwriting.
Proficiency in financial software tools, including standard LOS and servicing platforms.
Strong finance, credit, real estate, and/or business background.
