Job Description
The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Hub and Creative Tracker projects to ensure smooth delivery of features and prepare for upcoming initiatives.
On a daily basis, this role involves writing clear and actionable requirements and user stories for multiple projects as new features roll out, while also engaging in discovery for future projects.
The position requires frequent collaboration with stakeholders in marketing operations and creative teams responsible for sports promos, on-air promos, and other content.
Using tools like Jira, the Business Analyst will manage tasks and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Familiarity with Salesforce at a user level is essential, along with a solid foundation in BA practices such as requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience as a business analyst
Minimum 2 years of experience using Jira.
Ability to clearly articulate requirements and needs.
Skilled in writing user stories, translating business needs into technical requirements, and gathering stakeholder input.
Highly independent and self-organized.
User-level familiarity with Salesforce; understanding capabilities and limitations is more important than configuration experience.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Entertainment or sports industry experience
Experience with or exposure to AI tools (nice to have)
