Job Description
The IT Procurement Administrative Assistant will support all aspects of IT procurement for the Global IT Infrastructure team within the Information Technology department. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate with vendors, track procurement activity, and ensure timely delivery of IT products and services. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Procurement in IT.
This position serves as the primary administrative resource for the IT Procurement team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal form with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2-5 years of experience in an office or clerical environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities.
• Intermediate to advanced administrative skills including document preparation, scheduling, and record management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to support and collaborate with multiple team members across IT and other departments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several tasks or issues at once and determine priority levels.
• Strong sense of urgency and follow through on assigned tasks.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, or IT teams.
• Familiarity with technical terminology used in IT infrastructure or hardware procurement.
• Experience working with purchase order systems or procurement software.
• Some project management experience.
• Experience interacting directly with vendors or external partners.
