Job Description
An employer is seeking a cleared Industrial Engineer in the Northridge, CA area. This resouce will provide shop floor support for: Production and capacity scheduling. Process improvement initiatives, Capacity modeling and production planning, Value stream mapping and waste reduction, Production scheduling and hour/value analysis, and Support continuous improvement efforts (Lean-focused).

Required Skills & Experience
Active Secret or Eligible
Ability to work fully onsite
Strong production and manufacturing background
Experience supporting shop floor operations
Ability to work hands-on with operations and manufacturing teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
FlexSim experience strongly preferred (or similar modeling tool)
Lean Six Sigma
