An employer sitting in Southern California is looking to hire a Field Site Specialist that will be commuting to different field sites in their given territory including up to Bakersfield, CA all the way down to San Diego, CA. This person will be helping to tackle the company's efforts of assessing 2100+ data points across this service territory. This position is responsible for various tasks related to the acquisition and development of sites for utility pole infrastructure. This position will be M-Friday 8-5pm PST, travel expenses will be covered. This will include the following:
- Site Identification
- Lease Negotiations
- Zoning & Permitting

- 3-5+ years of experience in Telecommunications Pole Site Acquisition, Site Identification, Zoning, Permitting etc.
- Construction Field Experience
- Knowledgeable on General Order 95 and ADA requirements, Public Right Aways
- Ability to work in the field 90% of the time, driving within territory distances
