Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Director, Strategic Enablement to support a cross-functional business operations and strategic execution team during a leave coverage period. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and operational execution, helping translate complex initiatives, stakeholder requirements, and organizational priorities into structured plans, documentation, reporting, and execution-ready deliverables.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized operator who excels at bringing clarity to complex initiatives, driving alignment across teams, and creating scalable processes that improve visibility and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business priorities, stakeholder inputs, decisions, and requirements into clear execution plans, business requirements, summaries, and handoff materials.
Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, issue and risk logs, decision registers, dashboards, and executive-ready updates.
Partner with cross-functional teams including business operations, product, technology, legal, data, marketing, and other stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans.
Coordinate planning activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies, ownership, and timelines are clearly defined.
Maintain portfolio-level visibility into active programs, projects, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and status reviews; document outcomes and drive follow-up actions to completion.
Standardize templates, processes, playbooks, reporting structures, and operating rhythms to improve consistency and scalability.
Track project progress, risks, resource impacts, and dependencies using project management and collaboration tools.
Develop stakeholder communications and leadership materials that synthesize complex information into concise, actionable insights.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, prioritization, workflow transparency, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure continuity across ongoing initiatives by maintaining accurate documentation and helping teams move work from ambiguity to execution.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in strategic operations, program management, project management, business operations, transformation, consulting, or a related field.
Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for both executive and operational audiences.
Experience translating business requirements into structured plans, documentation, reporting, and actionable workstreams.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with the ability to influence across diverse teams.
Experience with portfolio management, governance processes, KPI reporting, intake management, and project management office (PMO) practices.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
