Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operational execution of our subscription video streaming service (SVOD) across the U.S., Mexico, and LATAM. This role will be responsible for SKU creation, management, and lifecycle execution across internal systems and external distribution platforms, ensuring accurate setup of products, pricing, promotions, bundles, and entitlements.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing digital SKUs, app-store configurations, promotions, and subscription billing systems, with strong organizational skills and the ability to execute across multiple platforms simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
SKU & Product Operations
• Create, launch, maintain, and retire SKUs across internal systems and external platforms
• Manage SKUs for:
o Core subscription plans
o Promotional offers and discounts
o New product tiers
o Bundles and partner offers
• Ensure pricing, currency, tax, and entitlement accuracy across markets (U.S., Mexico, LATAM)
Platform & Partner Management
• Manage SKU setup and updates across internal systems and:
o Apple App Store & Google Play
o CTV platforms (Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung, LG, etc.)
• Coordinate platform submissions, approvals, and go-live timing
• Troubleshoot platform issues related to pricing, promotions, or subscription behavior
Promotions & Campaign Execution
• Execute and manage promotional offers (intro pricing, win-back offers, limited-time discounts)
• Validate promo logic across billing systems and platforms
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure accurate execution
• Maintain promotion tracker and performance across countries and business units
Subscription Billing & Customer Systems
• Support subscription lifecycle operations including:
o Billing logic
o Trials and introductory offers
o Plan changes and upgrades
• Assist in investigating billing or entitlement issues affecting customers
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as an operational liaison between:
o Product
o Marketing
o Engineering
o Finance
o Customer Support
• Ensure clear documentation and communication of SKU changes and launches
Reporting & Process Improvement
• Maintain tracking documents for active SKUs, promotions, and launches
• Build and maintain Excel-based trackers and QA checklists
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
• Research and keep updated on competitor pricing and promotions across markets
• Track and maintain database of subscription KPIs for regular analysis including churn metrics and main indicators of churn

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in:
o Digital operations
o Subscription commerce
o Streaming, media, gaming, or digital consumer products
• Hands-on experience managing SKUs in app stores and/or CTV platforms
• Experience working with subscription billing systems nice to have
Technical & Analytical Skills
o Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Advanced analytics, model building
• Strong attention to detail and QA mindset
• Competent in BI visualization tools for pulling and analyzing data (e.g. Tableau, Looker )
Operational & Soft Skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization
• Highly organized with strong documentation habits
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
• Comfortable managing multiple launches and deadlines simultaneously
