Job Description

Day to Day
Insight Global is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to support efforts for a large sports retail brand head quartered out of Portland, Oregon. This role will sit local to this team's studio located in Culver City. ICON Studios delivers exceptional high quality e-commerce ready assets to the .com site. As the Digital Operations Coordinator you will serve as the final line of defense across stills, 360 video, and digital workflows. This role supports technicians, resolves complex technical issues, and ensures workflows are followed and assets are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. This role works closely with Creative, Lighting, Production, Post, and Equipment teams to manage reselects, QA callouts, rush requests, and system issues.

Responsibilities
- Act as point person and liaison between floor techs and Production, Post, Digital, Creative, and Equipment teams
Communicate workflow updates and changes in person and via Slack
- Support and troubleshoot proprietary DAM, Capture One, and Silverstack workflows
- Facilitate daily stills re-selects within Capture One in partnership with the Creative team and manage reselects, QA callouts, and other job-related issues
- Conduct daily and end-of-day (validation to ensure stills and 360 video assets are technically accurate, complete, and delivered correctly into the post-production pipeline
- Support DAM workflows and coordinate asset handoff to Post and offshore partners
- Lead initial troubleshooting and problem solving related to software, hardware, file storage servers, uploads, custom tools, and automations; escalate issues as appropriate using best judgment
- Review dailies and proactively identify and resolve potential issues before downstream impact
- Assist with ideation, documentation, and testing of new tools, workflows, and system updates under live production conditions

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience as a Digital Tech, DIT, Offset Tech, or similar on-set technical role
- Strong hands-on experience with Capture One for still capture, troubleshooting, and reselect workflows
- Working knowledge of Silverstack for 360 video ingest, validation, and end-of-day (EOD) checks
- Experience supporting both still and video workflows in a high-volume studio environment
- Extremely detail-oriented with a strong QA, validation, and data integrity mindset
- Proven ability to problem solve across software, hardware, servers, and on-set technical systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Creative, Post, and Equipment teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting priorities in real time
