Delivery Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Delivery Lead for a marketing firm in the US. This role involves leading a team of 10, consisting of Drupal developers, front-end developers, and QA engineers who support more than 15 websites for a healthcare system. The Delivery Lead will serve as the primary technical contact for clients and partners, participating in daily stand-ups with multiple stakeholders to provide regular status updates. They will oversee the technical direction and implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Additionally, the Delivery Lead will work closely with the Technical Project Manager to manage the backlog of tickets. While this role does not involve hands-on coding, the Delivery Lead will guide and lead the team in their development efforts.

- 8+ years experience as a technical team lead
- Strong communication skills, with comfortability communicating to multiple stakeholders.
- Calm, composed, and experienced communicator
- Experience understanding Drupal components and technology to help guide the team
- Experience managing a backlog of tickets
- Comfortability managing and communicating in a remote setting
- Knowledge of AWS infrastructure
