Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Controllers/Project Controls Specialist. They will support cost and schedule management functions on a large-scale capital construction program at a higher education client. This individual is responsible for maintaining financial integrity, supporting forecasting, and reporting, and ensuring compliance with cost control procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The hourly rate ranges from $45-50/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

- 710 years of professional experience in program or project controls on construction programs
- Experience across the full project life cycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with Proliance, Data-Warehouse, or similar capital program systems.
- Strong understanding of cost/schedule management, earned value management, forecasting, and risk assessment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with large capital programs, especially in educational facility construction
