Job Description
The fashion division of a prominent talent agency is looking for a Billing Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume fashion talent business. This role is more billing-focused than collections and will be responsible for managing a high volume of invoices for approximately seven talent managers, ensuring timely and accurate billing based on deal memos and job activity. The Billing Coordinator will work closely with agents, managers, artists, and finance teams to prioritize billing activity, audit job information, generate invoices, resolve discrepancies, assist with collections, support talent onboarding, and contribute to month-end accounting processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of billing, invoicing, AR, or finance operations experience
- Able to work onsite in West Hollywood 4x a week
- Experience managing a high volume of invoices in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to prioritize competing requests and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and reconciliation activities
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders, managers, or client-facing teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning and working within CRM/accounting systems (SAP preferred but not required)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Interest in fashion, entertainment, or talent representation industry a plus
