This person will be providing support to mid and senior level researchers with documenting insights, qualitative coding, video clipping, and study analysis. This person will be supporting benchmarking and programmatic research efforts, measuring participant answers and feedback. Additionally, this person will be client facing and must have strong communication skills. At times, this person might moderate their own study and conduct the analysis. Due to the nature of the research, this person must be comfortable with web page components and UI jargon.
