A well‑established Personal Injury & Litigation Law Firm headquartered in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a highly experienced Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates located anywhere, provided they are licensed to practice in California. The firm is known for handling complex, high‑stakes plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation across multiple jurisdictions nationwide. This position is ideal for a trial‑ready attorney eager to consistently take cases to verdict with the support of an exceptional legal infrastructure.
Typical Responsibilities
Serve as lead or first‑chair trial attorney on personal injury plaintiff cases
Manage litigation from pre‑suit through trial, including depositions, motions, and court appearances
Handle complex, multi‑state personal injury matters (with primary activity in jurisdictions such as California, Florida, and Texas)
Collaborate with a robust internal team, including a dedicated paralegal, calendar manager, and case managers
Develop case strategy and aggressively advocate for clients through trial
Work closely with senior leadership and fellow attorneys in a remote, trial‑focused environment

Required Skills & Experience
Active California Bar license (required)
Significant experience in plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation
Extraordinary trial experience, with a strong preference for attorneys who have first‑chaired multiple jury trials
Demonstrated ability and eagerness to take cases to trial (volume matters - the more trial experience, the better)
Comfortable working remotely and managing cases across multiple states and time zones
Highly motivated, litigation‑driven mindset with a long‑term interest in trial work and professional growth
