A nationwide non-profit organization dedicated to supporting housing for families seeking medical care for children far from home is looking for an Application Systems Analyst that will be responsible for the basic administration, maintenance, and support of the client's web properties and cloud-based applications (examples include Adobe suite, Octa, Classy, and a CRM). This person will perform basic administration tasks for websites and cloud applications, including provisioning and de-provisioning end users, permissions, and access controls. They will monitor website and application performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. They will escalate to and support the senior database administrator who oversees support and management of websites and cloud-based applications at a high level. Regarding any database management, this individual will pull data, provide data analysis, and create reports. There will be no data integrity or ETL focus in this role. Lastly, they will maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and service records and stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices related to web and cloud application administration.
