Insight Global is looking for an Adobe Workfront Product Manager who will lead our client's Workfront instance including configuration, governance, and onboarding as well as driving enhancements, optimizations, integrations, and automations to meet and exceed the evolving business needs. This position requires a deep understanding of Adobe Workfront and how it can be applied to meet the unique needs of our business.
In this role you will collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams, understand their workflows, and successfully bridge the gap between marketing, creative, and technicalteams. The right candidate will have implemented, set-up, and configured Workfront for Marketing and/or Creative teams, or have similar experience. You enjoy partnering with businesses to build relationships that allow you to find solutions together. Youre able to effectively translate business requirements to clearly document solutions for development. You think outside the box to solve unique challenges when software and processes might otherwise seem incompatible. You establish mechanisms that enable the business to grow while maintaining system integrity and health.
Responsibilities:
- Championing Adobe Workfront across Marketing.
- Putting the customer first and building relationships to develop business-led, tech-driven solutions.
- Quickly getting up to speed on businesses processes, organization, and structure to configure optimal solutions and minimize tech-debt.
- Developing and maintaining a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives.
- Staying up to date with the latest Adobe Workfront product releases and best practices to identify opportunities to enhance business processes and improve system usage.
- Effectively communicating plans, updates, and changes with internal and external stakeholders.
