Job Description

Lead and coordinate the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage and mentor the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable leads.
Oversee and analyze trade spend, working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting.
Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Maintain and improve financial processes and internal controls.
Support audit preparation and compliance initiatives.
Leverage NetSuite to streamline reporting and improve financial visibility.

This position pays up to $120,000 annually.

Required Skills & Experience

57 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance (Staff Accountant experience acceptable).
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP.
Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage and develop team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
