Job Description
We are seeking 2 REMOTE Sr. Data Analysts (1 onshore/in U.S. and 1 offshore/in India) to support data analysis, reporting, and data quality initiatives for a large-scale SEI Custody/Wealth Management environment. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to analyze custody, trust, portfolio, account, and transaction data while supporting data integration and reporting solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience working with large-scale financial services datasets, and hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Informatica IDMC/IICS, SAP BODS, and Oracle technologies. Your responsibilities may include:
-Analyze custody, trust, portfolio, client account, transaction, and security master data within the SEI platform ecosystem.
-Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions, reports, and dashboards.
-Perform data profiling, data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis of data issues.
-Investigate data discrepancies across source systems, operational systems, and downstream reporting environments.
-Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and technology teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
-Create and maintain data mappings, data dictionaries, business rules, and functional documentation.
-Support data migration, integration, and modernization initiatives involving wealth management and custody platforms.
-Develop complex SQL queries to analyze large datasets and provide actionable business insights.
-Validate ETL/ELT processes and ensure data accuracy across multiple environments.
-Perform trend analysis, exception reporting, and operational performance reporting.
-Partner with data engineering and integration teams to improve data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities.
-Support production issue analysis and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
-Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and release activities.
-Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
-6-10 years of experience as a Data Analyst
-Strong SQL development and analytical skills
-Experience working with large enterprise data platforms
-Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Previous experience working with the SEI Custody/Wealth Management platform + Banking experiencing
-Python for data analysis and automation
-Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools
-Financial services domain knowledge
-Data governance and master data management experience
-Experience supporting cloud migration or modernization initiative
