Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for supporting Privacy and Compliance operations for Latin America, which includes:
· Assist with compliance activities related to Latin American privacy and data protection laws and regulations, including:
o Mexico’s LFPDPPP
o Brazil’s LGPD
o Chile’s LPPD
· Conduct data mapping exercises.
· Updating of inventory of systems and system owners.
· Assist with the implementation of consent management platforms in Latin America.
· Advise on the proper DSAR workflows in OneTrust for Latin American countries.
· Assist with internal and external program audits and assessments as needed.
· Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) to assess and mitigate risks related to processing, transmission and storage of personally identifiable information (PII).
· Develop corrective action plans for identified privacy compliance issues.
Professional Skills Requirements
· Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
· Ability to effectively communicate with native Spanish speaking stakeholders in both written and verbal form.
· Experience with privacy tools such as OneTrust.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
· Inquisitive, adaptive, and agile learner.
· A hands-on practitioner with the ability to shift between operational and strategic mindsets.
· Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-law or Computer Science related fields.
· At least two (2) years of experience in data privacy operations.
· Privacy Certifications such as:
o IAPP: CIPP/US, CIPP/C, CIPM, or CIPT
ISACA: CDPSE
