Job Description

An enterprise-level manufacturing company is seeking a skilled IT Warehouse Management Specialist to join their team. This is a fully onsite role located in Huntington Beach, CA, with working hours from 6am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. Periodic overtime and Saturday shifts may be required. This position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extensions. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Experience:
· Warehouse IT Infrastructure Management: Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure within a warehouse setting. Responsible for the overall care and management of warehouse IT components, including network and software updates. Ensures the smooth operation of all IT-related equipment and systems to support efficient warehouse operations.
· RF Device Configuration: Extensive experience in configuring RF devices for warehouse operations, ensuring seamless integration with warehouse management systems (WMS). Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining RF devices to optimize inventory tracking and order fulfillment processes. Experience on RF device MDM application ( i.e. SOTI or others ) to configure / push packages to RF devices.
· Label Printers Configuration and Setup: Skilled in setting up and configuring label printers for warehouse application. Expertise in managing printer software, calibrating printers for different label types, and ensuring consistent print quality. Adept at troubleshooting printer issues and performing regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
· Back Office IT Support: Experienced in offering IT support for back-office operations, including managing office IT equipment and workstations. Ensures that all back-office IT systems are functioning optimally to support administrative and managerial tasks in addition to warehouse floor operations.

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent knowledge of an IT warehouse management systems (eWMS) and inventory control software.
· Proficient in network troubleshooting and cross collaboration with 2nd and 3rd level Infrastructure teams.
· Ability to train and support warehouse staff in using IT equipment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
