The client's Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive critical digital transformation initiatives supporting Ford’s electric vehicle future. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning complex workstreams, roadmaps, and delivery across cross‑functional teams while balancing innovation with legacy system stability.
Own delivery of assigned technical workstreams, including roadmap definition, milestones, and dependencies
Drive operating cadences, decision‑making, and escalations across cross‑functional teams
Manage risks, priorities, and execution plans tied to vehicle and business milestones
Define KPIs and build dashboards to track delivery and progress
Partner closely with stakeholders to align expectations and resolve execution challenges

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives
Experience working on digital or business transformation programs, (procurement, manufacturing, supply chain is a plus)
Strong program planning and execution skills, managing multiple workstreams in parallel
Ability to operate independently and drive alignment across technical and non‑technical teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands‑on experience using Jira for program and team planning
