Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Propulsion Test Technician to join a leading aerospace organization in Long Beach, CA. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting the testing and validation of advanced propulsion systems and critical mechanical components. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in high-pressure testing, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment and thrives when troubleshooting complex systems independently.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ years of testing experience in high-pressure operations
Hands-on experience with valves, regulators, pressure relief valves, pressure transducers, and check valves.
Hands-on experience working with gases such as GN2, GHE, and LN2
Experience performing various types of testing, including: Proof testing, Internal, leakage testing, External leakage testing, Opening margin testing
Ability to work independently and diagnose test-related failures or issues
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and build setups if needed
Background in Aerospace testing environments
