Job Description

An employer in Long Beach, CA is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst for a large Oil/Gas company. This person will be supporting the internal users in the retail/convenience stores via phone and remote support with all Level 1 & 2 issues. They will be heavily supporting the POS devices including imaging, repair, upgrade, deploy, and troubleshooting. This person should have the desire to learn and the ability to prioritize so the helpdesk will complete each ticket with the approved SLA's. Required* Work on-site in Long Beach 11am-8pm Tuesday through Thursday and flex Friday-Saturday or Sunday-Monday

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years experience in Help desk or Desktop support
Network troubleshooting
Experience working with hardware and software
Ability to keep up with the Ticket SLA
