Job Description
This person runs a 3D printing lab and creates physical prototype parts from engineering designs. They take digital designs from engineers, set up and operate industrial 3D printers, ensure the parts print correctly, fix issues during production, and finish the parts so they are ready for testing or review. They also maintain the equipment, manage materials, inspect quality, and support engineers throughout the prototyping process.

Required Skills & Experience
MUST HAVES:
-2-3+ years of industrial 3D printing experience
-Experience operating industrial 3D printers, specifically FDM, MJF, and/or PolyJet technologies.
-Ability to read and work from CAD models, engineering drawings, and blueprints.
-Experience preparing and processing print jobs using 3D modeling/slicing software
-Printer troubleshooting, maintenance, and quality inspection experience.
-Stratasys and HP industrial printing equipment experience
-Quality inspection experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with CAD design
- 3D equipment scanning experience
