Job Description
The Robotics Implementation Engineer supports sales and customers by capturing technical requirements of the
installation project and providing technical support throughout the implementation process. This role will provide rapid response to technical issues associated with the implementation of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). They will also serve as a technical resource throughout the implementation, which may include creating a site map for
robotics operations, working with the customer to lay out path network, evaluating infrastructure to ensure
proper support of robotic systems, and working with third parties to ensure the services provided to the
customer meets the needs of the robotics system. The right person will come with a Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field and have strong experience with a robotics focused role in sales engineering, field applications engineering, or similar role with robotics, industrial equipment, or AGVs.

Required Skills & Experience
- Comfortability traveling across country 50% of the time post-conversion
-2+ years experience in a robotics focused engineering role
- Experience with specification, installation, and troubleshooting computer networks in an industrial setting
- comfortability managing Vision Based Robotics software and hardware maintenance issues (ideally comfortable with ROS (Robot Operating System)
- hands on experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues i.e. wifi, LTE/5g, Private LTE/5g
- Experience installing site maps preferably using LiDAR appliance
