The Medical Assistant(back office only, focus on patient care), under the supervision of the Clinical Lead and Practice Leader, is responsible for assisting in the delivery of healthcare and patient care management. This role assists the providers within scope of practice to provide quality patient care. This includes gathering patient information, assessing patient requests, obtaining and monitoring patient vitals, assisting with procedures and re-processing instruments.
