A client of Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and skilled Structural Drafter to join their small, family-run engineering firm based in Lafayette, CA. They provide comprehensive structural, civil, and environmental engineering services, specializing in residential, small commercial, and wetland restoration projects. Their projects span across the Bay Area and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects. You will work directly with the structural engineering team to assist on a variety of projects.

- 1+ years experience with drafting residential and commercial plans.
- AutoCAD experience
- Experience preparing plansets for submittal to Cities and for Construction.
- Ability and willingness to perform field work.
