Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a personal book of business
• Lead the renewal and claims process for assigned accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Applied Epic
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards

Required Skills & Experience
• Active Property & Casualty license in California
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in Applied Epic
• Experience handling insurance claims for restaurants and real estate
• Proven ability to manage a personal book of business
Strong self-starter with excellent time management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Personal Lines
