A client in San Diego, CA is looking for an Information Technology Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting Windows and Mac devices, including various operating systems. The candidate must also possess extensive experience in JAMF administration to manage and support our fleet of Apple devices effectively.
Jamf Pro Administration:
-Manage and maintain the Jamf Pro environment, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for performance.
-Develop, test, and deploy configuration profiles, scripts, and policies for macOS and iOS devices.
-Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Jamf Pro, ensuring high availability and performance.
-Implement security best practices and compliance policies through Jamf Pro.
-Maintain accurate documentation of Jamf Pro configurations and procedures.
Apple School Manager and Device Provisioning:
-Oversee the provisioning of devices using Apple School Manager, ensuring seamless integration with Jamf Pro.
Manage device enrollment and deployment effectively.
Technical Support:
-Provide advanced support for Windows and Mac devices, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Manage and support multiple operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS, etc.), ensuring systems are up to date and secure.

-Extensive experience with Jamf Pro administration and management of Apple devices.
-Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant Windows and Mac OSX system administration experience, or equivalent training and experience in a networked, enterprise environment.
-Experience using Apple School Manager for device provisioning and management.
-Understanding of the Apple School Manager ecosystem and integration with MDM solutions.
-Understanding of host and network monitoring tools.
-Knowledge of modern hypervisors is essential.
-Advanced working knowledge of debugging skills in a heterogeneous, networked environment are helpful.
-Administration of JAMF - creating profiles, policy, patch management, device provisioning, etc.
*This is an on-campus position requiring 5 days per week working onsite from our La Jolla campus.
Jamf Pro Certification is highly desirable
