Job Description

About the Company: an entrepreneurial company experiencing explosive growth is on the hunt for an exceptional individual to support clients with all administrative aspects of human resources.

About the Role: Responsible for all administrative tasks of the human resources function of our clients including resume screening, candidate interviewing, on-boarding/separation processes, employee files, benefits/leave of absence administration and fielding general HR questions. With an opportunity to collaborate and learn from our HR Managers and HR Experts.

Responsibilities:
Resume screening
Candidate interviewing
On-boarding/separation processes
Employee files
Benefits/leave of absence administration
Fielding general HR questions

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of human resources experience

Pay range and compensation package: $20-22 per hour
