Job Description

Collaborate with federal, state, and local government agencies to promote the adoption of Broadcoms ValueOps solutions, including lean portfolio management, strategic portfolio planning, and agile execution. Build relationships across client IT and business units to understand, document, and share portfolio management, agile transformation challenges, and project impacts. Conduct value alignment meetings with agency missions and objectives, deliver demos, proof of value, and solution roadmaps. Lead adoption activities and facilitate stakeholder engagement within assigned accounts. Collaborate with sales, R&D, services, and management teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs and strategic goals. Maintain expertise in Broadcoms ValueOps portfolio, related third-party solutions, and tools. Support account management by tracking opportunities, engagement, and adoption progress. Assist in defining and executing account marketing strategies, and lead and coordinate cross-team efforts within assigned accounts.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years' experience with bachelors or higher in a technical or business discipline.
Experience working with federal agencies, including DoD, and/or state and local government.
Ability to travel up to 60%.
Experience with project and portfolio management tools (Jira, Rally, ServiceNow, and Clarity, ETC.)
Experience with SAFe or other Agile frameworks.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

US Government Secret clearance or higher.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into solutions and articulate value propositions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and guide product adoption.
