One of California’s largest full-service law firms, is seeking an experienced Trial Paralegal to support attorneys in complex state and federal litigation, from case start through trial and appeal.

Required Skills & Experience
Litigation Support
Manage cases from inception through trial and post-trial
Draft and assist with pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and filings
Track deadlines under CA and Federal rules and maintain case calendars
Coordinate document production, depositions, and discovery responses
Trial Support
Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and jury instructions
Handle trial filings, service, and courtroom logistics
Provide in-court trial support (exhibits, documents, witnesses)
Assist with post-trial motions
Appellate Support
Help prepare and file notices of appeal
Track appellate deadlines and briefing schedules
Assemble appellate appendixes and coordinate e-filings
Technology & E‑Discovery
Use e-discovery and litigation support tools (Relativity, CS Disco, etc.)
Manage large document reviews and productions
Support trial presentations using trial software (TrialDirector, OnCue, or similar)
