Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to align recruiting strategies with business objectives while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is strategic, data‑driven, and proactive, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing through interview coordination and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and develop effective, business‑aligned recruiting strategies
Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates across a variety of roles, levels, and functions
Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate data, and provide regular reporting and insights
Deliver a high‑quality candidate and hiring‑manager experience throughout the recruitment process
Mentor and support junior members of the Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practices and driving development
Participate in special projects and initiatives across Talent Acquisition and HR to support organizational goals

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience (corporate environment preferred)
Proven success hiring across diverse roles and departments
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills
Data‑driven with experience using ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, Indeed
Strategic, proactive, and customer‑service oriented
