Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Level II System Support Engineer to join our client onsite in Irvine, CA. (Hybrid - 3x/wk). In this role you will be troubleshooting level2/3 issues for both software and hardware of In-Flight Entertainment systems. Preferred experience in In-flight entertainment or similar background. This role will entail roughly 70% software / 30% hardware focus, with systems level thinking.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with level 2/3 troubleshooting IFE systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate problems, root cause analysis.
- Highly independent individual that does not require step by step direction
- Must have experience scripting: Shell, Bash or Python preferred
- Experience working in OS, Linux and Android
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- In-flight entertainment background
- Java
- Experience with server to passenger displays
