Insight Global is seeking a Superintendent to join a leader in the renewable energy sector. This position will be based on-site in Escondido, CA, overseeing a fuel cell project. As Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, working closely with the General Contractor (GC) to ensure seamless coordination and execution. Your leadership will be critical in upholding project timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Responsibilities will include: supervising and coordinate daily on-site construction activities, enforcing and implementing site safety protocols in alignment with the project safety manual, and evaluating contractor performance in terms of safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably within the renewable energy or fuel cells industry
Experience reading civil, electrical and mechanical drawings
Great communication and organizational skills
High School Diploma
Valid Drivers License
