Job Description

An employer in the insurance industry is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to join their fully remote team. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will primarily be responsible for building and managing complex Flows. This role requires expertise in handling both simple and intricate Flow scenarios, demonstrating the ability to solve business problems through custom solutions rather than relying solely on standard CRM functionalities. Responsibilities include implementing user stories, ensuring Flows meet business requirements, and providing daily progress updates. Over time, the Sr. Salesforce Administrator will independently solution stories and interact directly with clients and business users, taking ownership of the entire process from requirements gathering to implementation. This role demands a highly collaborative individual who takes their job seriously, understands the importance of getting things done, and thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter with excellent communication skills, capable of working on 3-5 stories a week depending on complexity.

We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment opportunities without regard to race, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, sexual orientation, citizenship status, disability, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
