Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Biller who will manage and execute billing processes for insurance companies within a law firm environment. A key part of the role involves accurately distinguishing between client billing and insurance coverage responsibilities to ensure proper invoicing. You’ll work extensively with Aderant, Excel, and Pre-Bill Viewer (or similar software) to prepare, review, and submit invoices. Collaboration with attorneys and internal teams is essential to maintain billing accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you’ll monitor and follow up on outstanding insurance claims and payments to support timely revenue collection.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Aderant billing software
• Experience with insurance billing in a law firm setting
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Pre-Bill Viewer or comparable billing review tools
• Ability to interpret and apply billing policies related to insurance vs. client responsibility

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with other legal billing platforms
• Knowledge of legal terminology and case management systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in finance or legal operations
